As a manager in Accenture Consulting's Change Management practice, she guided companies through major cultural and strategic changes as well as development of a wide-range of people programs.
Then, as a director at The Coca-Cola Company, she had global accountability for many core HR practices, transforming many of the company's capabilities including talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and selection systems.
Her extensive experience as an HR executive and a consultant results in a valuable mix of pragmatism and technical depth. And improving results and quality at both an organizational and individual level is what she finds rewarding.
